Julien Spruytte is product line manager for radiation detection, measurement, and radionuclide identification devices. These products are serving organizations involved in the security of the population against nuclear and radiological threats: law enforcement, defense, fire & rescue, critical sites security, and counter-terrorism. Over the last 15 years working in that field, I’ve been hardware & software developer, R&D group manager, and product manager. Innovating and getting involved with customers to support them in their missions has always been Julien’s priority.

Dr. Markus Knapp is Portfolio and Key Account Manager at Mirion Technologies (MGPI H&B) GmbH. Markus joined Mirion in 2016 as part of the R&D and Project Management team in Munich in the former RMSD. Munich develops high qualified safety applications for all kinds of Radiation, Process and Neutron Flux Monitoring Systems. In 2023 he transitioned into his new role in order to advance the Munich sales efforts and incorporate Munich better into the large Mirion Technologies sales structure. Markus has a PHD in Physics from the University of Tübingen.

Latest in Gamma Spec Genie 4.0 Software
Description: We will present the most recent advancements in Gamma Spectroscopy hardware making the Mirion HPGe detection systems ever more "intelligent." We will discuss the central role the Lynx® II MCA will play in future gamma spectroscopy systems showing how the Lynx II MCA can be used to simplify the system setup, act as the central hub allowing for direct communication with the iPA™ preamplifier, Cryo-Pulse® 5 Plus and iCC cryostat as well as solicit feedback for how these capabilities can improve user experience. Additionally, we will highlight how Mirion Lab-Pulse™ Services increase instrument uptime and operational efficiencies through connected technologies and predictive maintenance analyses.
Presenter: Kara Phillips
Kara Phillips is the Gamma Spectroscopy Software and Service Product Line Manager for the Mirion Technologies group within Mirion. Kara joined Mirion in 2008 as part of the Physics R&D group specializing in support of product development, testing new gamma spectroscopy software products, and working with the ISOCS™ team. In 2013, she transitioned to the product management group, focusing on capturing market needs to incorporate into product requirements for future developments, bringing several new applications to the market. Kara holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Rochester.

Description: An introduction to the DMC 3000™ line of add-on modules, readers, kiosks turnstiles, etc. We will explore the use of the different accessories and how they can help your site. We will introduce the new Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) accessories and the new RWP swing gate and provide how these will be used for future endeavors.

Olivier Bleuse joined the company as Product Line Manager for the electronic dosimetry product line in October 2021.
Olivier comes to us from health physics, medical physics and research university, where he has held several positions since 2009.
His expertise spans a variety of functions, with particular attention to health physics, medical physics, and innovation. In his most recent role as a research engineer, he was responsible to develop an industrial project focused on dosimetry including patent development, team & project management, conception of product (SW&HW), investment policy, marketing and business development. In this role, he successfully managed and optimized this project and created a new 3D dosimetry solution for medical & industrial market.
Olivier holds a PhD’s degree in Medical Physics, and an MBA from the University of Burgundy Franche Comte, France.
He is Health Physicist and Medical Physicist certified.

Description: Presentation of the new avenue for the HHHP product range will be given. It will include new technology enhanced contamination probe and a new concept of operation with added value in both flexibility of use and measurement quality. A summary of the RDS-32™ meter's new features and how it links to this evolution will also be discussed.

Frédéric Meyer is the Hand-Held Health Physics Product Line Manager for the Mirion Technologies group within Mirion. Frédéric Joined Mirion in 1999 as Sales Manager covering Europe, Africa and Middle East. In 2001, he transitioned to the product management role for Global Health Physics, Dosimetry and EMS. He was also in charge of portable Spectroscopy products before being Director of European Application Support Group from 2014 to 2016. He is currently Senior Product Line Manager for Hand-held Health Physics and managed to merge legacy Mirion and Canberra products in a comprehensive new range. Frédéric holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Techniques Applied to Nuclear Physics from the University of Strasbourg.

Description: Contamination monitoring of persons, objects and waste is of critical importance in health physics considerations. In this session, we will discuss recent innovations, core technologies and exchange on best-practices for certain applications. An overview of the Mirion Contamination and Clearance (C&C) family of products will be provided. A special focus will be on a demonstration of our supervisory system solutions and to provide users with an opportunity to engage with all the monitors during an in-session demonstration.

Loic Pierre is the Tritium Monitoring Systems from Premium Analyse specialist for the Mirion Technologies group with Mirion. Loic joined Mirion in 2020 as part as the growth of the Premium Analyse company, acquired by Mirion in 2019. Loic manages sales in France and acts as a technical support for France and to the Mirion network worldwide for training, commissioning, onsite testing and troubleshooting. Loic holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Lorraine University.

Greg Landry, CHP, RRPT, Product Line Manager - In Vivo Products. Greg has been with the company for over 19 years. He has worked for Service as a Sr. Software Support Engineer, Sales as the Application Support Manager covering the Americas and is currently Product Line Manager - In Vivo Products. Greg is a Certified Health Physicist whose specialties are Gamma Spectroscopy and Internal Dosimetry. Greg served in the US Navy as a reactor operator and earned his B.S. in Radiation Safety.
